1. You may return your item(s) for a full refund (except shipping/handling charges) within 60 days after the date receives the items. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund.
Also, we is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
Please allow 1 to 5 business days to process the return once it's received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
2. If the shipping time is more than 30 days and it has been more than 60 days. Please contact us and then we will resend you the package at once for free.
3. If the package is getting lost or seized by customs, please contact us, and we will resend the package for free and make sure you can get it.
